Four short steps. You can go back or start over after you begin.
Retrieving the route schedule and checking recent performance for similar flights.
How it works
MakeItBy compares the nonstop flights available for your trip and looks at how similar flights have performed in the recent past. You do not need to understand airline data or statistical modeling to use it.
Enter your route, arrival date, and the latest time you can arrive. The date and deadline always use the destination airport's local time.
We pull the scheduled flights for that route and keep the ones that can arrive before your deadline.
Each option is compared with recent flights on the same route, on the same airline, and at a similar time of day.
If one option has a meaningful historical advantage, we can recommend it. If the difference is too small, we simply say there is no clear reliability advantage.
Reading the result
That percentage is useful for comparing options, but it is not a guarantee for your individual flight. It also does not include what happens after you land, such as baggage claim, traffic, or event check-in.
Important boundary
MakeItBy does: compare scheduled options using recent historical arrival patterns.
MakeItBy does not: predict today's exact departure or arrival time, ingest live weather, account for a developing storm, air-traffic restriction, maintenance issue, or guarantee that you will make a downstream event.
U.S. domestic nonstop flights with enough recent history to make a useful comparison.
Baggage claim, ground transportation, traffic, event entry, fares, seat availability, connections, and international travel.
